Questions about paying
- Is the free plan really free, or is it a trial?
- Free forever, with no card. It is not a countdown. The paid plans exist for storage and processing headroom, not to unlock the ability to search your own notes.
- What exactly does the model provider see?
- The text of what you saved, or the image itself, and nothing about your account. No email address, no name, no IP history is included in the request. The privacy policy has the full description.
- Can I get my data out?
- Yes, from Settings, as one JSON file, with no request to make and no waiting period.
- What happens to my saves if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. Your library stays readable on the free plan, and you can export it whenever you like. You lose the extra storage and the longer articles stored in full.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, within 30 days of a charge, no questions asked. Write to the support address and it is done.
- Can I pay by invoice or card?
- Card and invoice for annual billing. Email the support address if you need an invoice with a VAT number.
